How long it takes

Every product page shows the delivery estimate for your country, and the checkout shows the same estimate again before you pay. It is the courier's quoted window plus the warehouse's time to pack, counted in business days, so it is a number we can stand behind. Where the courier has not quoted your country, the page says so instead of printing a range that would be invented.

Direct from the warehouse is slower than a shop that already has the thing on a shelf near you. That is the trade for the price.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. If it has not moved in five days, write to us and we will chase it or replace it.

Where we ship

Worldwide. Some countries charge import duty on arrival; that is set by your customs authority and we have no way to pay it for you.
