Thirty days, no reason needed.
If it is not right, send it back within 30 days of it arriving. You do not have to explain why.
How
Write to us with your order number. We will tell you where to send it and refund you in USD as soon as it is on its way back.
Return postage
Return postage for a change of mind is yours to pay. If it arrived damaged or wrong, you do not send it back at all: we refund or replace it.
If it arrives broken or wrong
Write to us and reply to our answer with a photograph attached, and we will refund or replace it immediately. You do not need to return a damaged item.
What we cannot take back
Anything used in a way that cannot be undone — opened personal care items, for instance. Everything else comes back.
